Refund policy
We have a 7-day return/refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Applicable reasons for returns or refunds
- Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival).
- Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts)/ the size of a fashion product do not fit.
- Product never delivered.
Return or refunds Conditions
1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
Return Process
To start a return,
- Go to My Account section at our website and click at orders
- Next to the product which you want to request refund for click at request refund or return button.
- On the next page select the reason for refund or return and submit the request.
Checking status of your Request
- To check status of your refund request visit returns refunds section in you’re my account section.
- You can also contact us at support@himexpos.com or our whatsapp or Facebook chat regarding status of your refund request.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at support@himexpos.com or our whatsapp or Facebook.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
